Whom We Support
We partner with clients facing a critical juncture -- vetting new opportunities, launching or refining initiatives, or scaling what works. While we serve three main types of clients (below), we specialize in supporting those working across different systems and sectors:
PhilanthropyAre you exploring new focus areas or investment opportunities? Do you seek to improve the impact of your portfolio or partnerships? We offer strategic planning, research, analytics, performance management, and facilitation services to help you take your impact to the next level.
|

Services We Offer
While we offer a range of supports to social change initiatives, our two core offerings we've found add particular value for leaders with bold ambitions:
Strategic clarity and a focused plan of action are building blocks to success. We partner closely with clients on the design, development, and deployment of strategic initiatives; help craft implementable business plans; create performance management tools; and write compelling communications to secure investment and increase constituent engagement. |
Where data often exists, it proves highly challenging to translate into actionable priorities. We conduct multi-faceted landscape assessments, evaluate opportunities rigorously with criteria, design organizational data strategies and systems, develop visualizations and communications, and otherwise flexibly support your needs in using data to drive ongoing decision-making. |
Having Annie E. Casey Foundation training in and deployed Results Based Facilitation across diverse stakeholders, we offer workshop facilitation support within the above services. We can also pull from our breadth of experience studying issues around economic mobility and systemic inequities (including extended work around early childhood, K-12, and postsecondary education & workforce as well as multiple 2020 engagements working on criminal justice reform strategies), place-based impact, nonprofit management, and philanthropy advising to provide flexible advising and thought partnership on a retainer basis.
